Importance of Finding a Good REALTOR®

Find someone you like! That may seem obvious, but it’s critical! You are going to be spending a lot of time with this person and making a lot of big decisions with them. You are going to need someone you are comfortable with and that you talk to and ask questions! Make sure you interview multiple agents to insure you are making the best choice! This is a big moment in your life and it needs to be someone you know you can trust and feel confident in the advise they are giving you. That doesn’t always mean that it has to be an agent with decades of experience, but if they are newer, make sure they have people surrounding them that to help. Always make sure your REALTOR® is asking YOU lots of questions, those questions matter!
